Year 9 in 2013!

Started in 2005, the Chautauqua Orchestra Camp is for high school and advanced middle school string students, entering grades 7 – 12. We will take younger string students based on experience; please contact us!

Led by master string educator, Donna Davis, all students in the Orchestra Camp will participate in twice-a-day full-orchestra rehearsals, small group sectionals, and special musical enrichment activities. Selected students will participate in chamber ensembles. Instructors include members of the Chautauqua Symphony, as well as highly skilled, area teachers.

The Camp Orchestra will perform with the Music Camps Band in the final concert in Elizabeth S. Lenna Hall on August 17 at 12:00 P.M.
